The
Graduate Management
Admissions Test, better known by the acronym
GMAT
(pronounced G-mat), is a standardized test for determining aptitude to succeed
academically in graduate
business studies. The
GMAT is used
as one of the selection criteria by most
respected business schools
globally, most commonly for admission into an
MBA program.
The GMAT is
one of many factors schools use when reviewing applications for admission; it is
typically balanced with work experience, application essays, an interview, and
undergraduate GPA.
Although performance on the test
helps to determine whether a candidate is admitted to a particular school, these
other admissions criteria also play a pivotal role.The GMAT is
specifically designed to measure the verbal, quantitative, and writing skills of
applicants for graduate study in business. It does not, however, presuppose any
specific knowledge of business or other specific content areas, nor does it
measure achievement in any particular subject areas.

GMAT is entirely in English and that
all instructions are provided in English.The

NOIDA,New
Okhla Industrial Development Authority , or Noida, is
a department of the government of Uttar Pradesh. Noida
is a highly industrialised city with various amenities available, and
is considered to be one of the more modernised suburb districts of Uttar
Pradesh. It was developed near Delhi in the 1970s as a
modern industrial city under the UP Industrial Area Development
Act, 1976. Noida came into existence on 19th April, 1976 and
celebrates 19th April as "Noida Day". Incidentally, Sanjay
Gandhi was responsible for setting up Noida, as part of a major
urbanisation thrust during the infamous Emergency period (1975-1977). The land
under the Noida limits was initially under the Bulandshahar
District (approx. distance 37 km), but was later transferred to the
Ghaziabad district (approx. distance 16 km).This decision of the
Mayawati government came under review from the next government of Mulayam Singh,
who reversed it in 2003, and remerged Noida with
Ghaziabad. |
